Files: Built-In Secure Document Storage

With the new Files document management service for Dispatcher Stratus and Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud, you can securely store, organize, and access documents directly within the platforms you already use. Files combines simplicity, flexibility, and workflow integration to help keep information where it belongs and available when you need it.

Secure Management of File and Folders

Files comes with many document management features to ensure files and folders are kept safe and sound. User permissions allow administrators to easily control access to the entire Files feature. Within Files, individual documents can be shared with expirations, passwords, and download restrictions, so access is restricted to only the people and time frame needed. Folders can be shared with internal users as well, for wide-spread (but still secure) information availability. Users can manage their own files and folders simply, with options designed to make managing the storage space simple for long-term usage.

The Files DMS includes the features you would expect from a document management service, plus more! Files can be easily:

Upload Documents with Ease

The new Files feature includes a direct Storage Connector node that allows for easy document uploading. Documents can be ingested in a number of ways, including Form Capture*, MFP scan, and even “printing” from your computer (using the Release2Me In node). The Files system is designed to work with your existing processes, so it can even be added as a convenient backup to a third-party DMS.

Files is included in all Dispatcher Stratus and Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud licenses, with an introductory amount of storage based on your licensing tier:

• Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud: 10 GB
• Dispatcher Stratus – Starter: 10 GB
• Dispatcher Stratus – Business: 25 GB
• Dispatcher Stratus – Enterprise: 50 GB

Additional storage can be purchased and applied to your tenant as needed. To get started, all you need to do is navigate to your tenant Settings page and click the “Enable” button in the Storage > Files section.
