These new OCR capabilities extend the power of Dispatcher Phoenix for all users, boosting our customer’s ability to address their varied document workflow challenges, and eliminating the need for purchasing additional OCR modules.

Now, all Dispatcher Phoenix standard licenses include OCR functionality via Tesseract, a flexible, highly-accurate OCR engine from Google. With the addition of Convert to PDF and Advanced OCR processes to the Dispatcher Phoenix license, users have the ability to convert files to PDF formats, including searchable PDF, automatically extract data from scanned documents, and much more.

  • ScanTrip: Leveraging the Power of Scan to Cloud with OCR.    Dispatcher Phoenix ScanTrip has also been updated to include advanced OCR via Google’s Tesseract OCR engine. With its simplified scanning license, ScanTrip users can streamline their scan workflows, including scan-to-home, scan-to-me, and scan-to-cloud workflows, such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive and more. With the latest addition of OCR, valuable information can be automatically extracted from scanned documents, converted to searchable PDF, and more, before being sent to the cloud.

  • Release2Me+: Documents Anywhere at Anytime with OCR . Dispatcher Phoenix Release2Me+ has also been updated to include advanced OCR via Google’s Tesseract OCR engine. As a cost-effective, secure follow-you print and scan workflow solution, Dispatcher Phoenix Release2Me+ enables users to further secure their print workflows as well as scan to popular cloud destinations, such as Box, Dropbox, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more.
