Dispatcher Stratus forms now allow you to take the user experience to the next level. Let's look at just a few of the ways how.

Control Form Fields

Any field or label on the form can be displayed, hidden, enabled or disabled based on the situation.

• Show only those fields necessary when the form is initially loaded while hiding all others. This keeps users from being overwhelmed by a large number of fields.
• Extra fields can be shown based upon the user's selection. Selecting “other”, for example, would display another field allowing that person to elaborate on their choice.
• Some options can be disabled until a selection is made. For example, files may not be allowed to be uploaded until the user agrees to the terms of use policy.

Tailor Information to the User

Text anywhere on the form – from labels to selection lists – can be changed dynamically, based on how a user responds to questions. If they are interested in a certain industry or type of product, for example, the form fields could change to relate to those selections.

Get the Latest Data

Large amounts of data can be easily accessed via web requests to outside data sources. The retrieved data can provide content for dropdown lists, text, checkboxes and radio buttons. This can help ensure that the data is up to date at all times, as well as saving valuable time in data entry while creating the form.
