• Order Processing - Orders are captured in Dispatcher Phoenix and processed with OCR for data extraction, and to split multiple orders into their own documents. They are then sent to a Dispatcher Stratus Job Queue, where orders can be claimed as employees are able to fill them. After the order is completed, documents are sent back to Dispatcher Phoenix for document conversion, intelligent renaming, and archiving.
