Dispatcher Stratus forms support a variety of authentication methods - digital checks that ensure that only authorized users can access and submit forms to your organization. Options include:
- Stratus Login - The user must enter their Dispatcher Stratus credentials to access the form.
- Single Sign-on (SSO) via SAML - The user must enter their credentials to log in via SAML. Dispatcher Stratus supports SSO for both Stratus users and non-users simultaneously!
- Anonymous Submission - The user does not have to enter any credentials to access the form. During configuration, you can opt to include a human verification step with your form.

- Invoice Processing - Invoice capture and processing happens in Dispatcher Phoenix, using the wide variety of inputs and Forms Processing capabilities. Then, the files are sent to Dispatcher Stratus for manual processing with the People - Edit and Approve node and People Queue node to facilitate roles-based approvals.
- Customer Feedback Processing - Customer feedback is collected by Dispatcher Stratus, compared to an ODBC database of customers, and routed to the regional manager for followup. Then, the feedback is sent to Dispatcher Phoenix for Advanced Bates Stamping and archiving within a networked folder structure.
- Order Processing - Orders are captured in Dispatcher Phoenix and processed with OCR for data extraction, and to split multiple orders into their own documents. They are then sent to a Dispatcher Stratus Job Queue, where orders can be claimed as employees are able to fill them. After the order is completed, documents are sent back to Dispatcher Phoenix for document conversion, intelligent renaming, and archiving.
