Now, for the first time, Dispatcher Stratus is available with its own built-in Job Archive! This historical job archive saves any job data, metadata, attachments, and even form data, so organizations can have accurate records of approvals and other vital processes. Not only does this provide additional security, job owners have complete control, with auditing and historical information about each job at their fingertips. It makes auditing a breeze; the Job Archive clearly displays:

• Exactly who interacted with a job and when.
• Who approved the job.
• Whether company policies were followed.
• Who or what was responsible for any delays.
• All files attached to the job upon completion, for a complete digital “paper” trail.

Dispatcher Stratus' Job Archive capabilities come with many features that make it easy to use and convenient for long-term storage:

• Archive node – Allows administrators to configure Dispatcher Stratus workflows to automatically distribute job history, files, and reports to storage.
• Shareable job archive reports – Every job is retained as a report with a comprehensive list of the notes, actions taken, and attachments present in the document at the end of the workflow – a complete history. These reports can be downloaded or shared directly from Dispatcher Stratus via email and contain links that allow authenticated users to download the attachments.
• Configurable storage duration for archived jobs – Set the length of time you would like processed documents and jobs to be stored.
• Automated deletion – A Trash folder automatically deletes jobs and documents moved there after a few days to minimize storage.
