Dispatcher Phoenix Now Supports Microsoft GCC and GCC High Environments

Konica Minolta is pleased to announce that Dispatcher Phoenix now supports Microsoft's Government Community Cloud (GCC) and GCC High environments. This update enables secure integration with OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Exchange Online within regulated cloud environments designed for government agencies and contractors.

What Are GCC and GCC High?

Microsoft's GCC and GCC High environments are designed to meet the unique security and compliance requirements of federal, state, local, and tribal governments, as well as defense and aerospace contractors. Dispatcher Phoenix can now be connected to these environments to support secure document automation across multiple Microsoft services.

Supported Microsoft Services

Dispatcher Phoenix now supports GCC and GCC High environments, extending its existing Microsoft 365 integrations to meet stricter compliance and security requirements.

• OneDrive for Business - Automatically upload, retrieve, and route documents to individual or shared OneDrive folders from within Dispatcher Phoenix workflows.
• SharePoint Online - Send documents directly to SharePoint libraries or folders, enabling automated recordkeeping, internal reviews, or departmental collaboration.
• Microsoft Exchange (Email In and MS Exchange Node) - Capture incoming documents using Email In or route documents through the MS Exchange Node using authenticated Exchange Online accounts. This ensures secure and trackable delivery.
