New iManage Connector for Dispatcher Phoenix

iManage is a leading document and knowledge management platform used by legal and professional services teams to securely manage client and matter content. The new iManage Connector node for Dispatcher Phoenix makes it easy to send scanned and digital documents directly into iManage workspaces and folders. This helps organizations keep documents organized, protected, and filed correctly without manual steps.

Users can scan at the MFP or process documents through a workflow and send them straight into the correct workspace or folder. Administrators can also design custom index forms, allowing users to select the workspace, folder, or additional document properties during scanning. Workflow data such as OCR results, barcode values, or form entries can be used to automatically route documents and populate the appropriate properties in iManage.

Use Cases

Legal Case Management - Automatically route scanned documents, contracts, pleadings, and discovery files into the correct client or matter folder. Apply document classifications, lock documents, or declare final versions to maintain compliance and avoid version confusion.

Corporate Legal Departments - Send signed agreements, NDAs, policy documents, and compliance records directly into secure iManage workspaces. Use metadata from forms or OCR to file content accurately without manual sorting.

Finance and Accounting Teams - Upload invoices, billing records, expense documentation, and supporting files to structured financial matters inside iManage. Use metadata to determine the correct workspace.

Professional Services and Consulting - File project documents, statements of work, client deliverables, and meeting notes into the client’s workspace. Automated metadata routing helps teams maintain consistent document organization across engagements.

Records Management - Use options such as Declare Document as Record to lock final versions and maintain retention requirements. Automatically apply document relations to connect new uploads with existing client or matter files.
