Even with all the automation tools at our fingertips, there are always going to be certain tasks that require a human touch, like making a phone call or retouching a photograph. Dispatcher Stratus’ People nodes provide this vital touchpoint. When a job or document reaches a People Node, it will instantly be available for the next person to complete the necessary manual action. Once a person has completed the job, the user can send the job on to the next People Node for further manual processing or to an automated process like document renaming or distribution.
