• Secure Print Release – Built-in authentication, combined with the new Release2Me Cloud feature, gives users complete control over who can access MFPs and how documents are released for printing.
• Passive MFP Security – Ensure your entire fleet of MFPs are in sync with the security settings you need, all from one screen.

New Features Galore

In addition to general performance updates, a trio of amazing new features were just released for Dispatcher Stratus and ScanTrip Cloud.

Advanced User Authentication – Administrators can configure multiple login options for the portal and MFPs, including card-reader enabled MFPs. This means that only specific users can access sensitive information, but all users can log in simply and quickly when they need to.

Secure Print Release – Users can print to a print queue, then release documents at the MFP with just a few taps. Ensuring users are at the MFP at the time of printing means that documents and sensitive information are only in the possession of the relevant parties.

MFP Security Monitoring – Configure MFP security policies and monitor device security from a single dashboard through a direct integration with the bizhub SECURE Notifier app. Know the moment one of your MFPs gets out of sync with your organization's configured security standards.
