Introducing Key Value Highlighting in Dispatcher Phoenix

In our drive to boost efficiency and cut data errors, we are excited to unveil the new Batch Indexing Key Value Highlighting feature for Dispatcher Phoenix. This powerful update transforms how OCR-detected values are displayed – pairing each with its corresponding metadata key using clear, color-coded highlights. Existing Dispatcher Phoenix Batch Indexing users can access this enhancement with a simple update at no additional cost.

What's New?

• Color-Coded Metadata Pairing: Each value detected by OCR is highlighted in a unique color on the document preview. Simultaneously, the corresponding metadata key on the index form is highlighted in the same color. This pairing makes it easier to verify that each piece of metadata is correctly matched with its document zone.
• Toggle Visibility for Clarity: An eye icon allows users to quickly display or hide these highlights. This flexibility lets you maintain a clean view of your document when needed, while still having instant access to detailed metadata verification.
• Interactive Field Selection: When you hover over or click an index field, the associated metadata value is highlighted.
