Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud and Dispatcher Stratus allow admins to upload a CSV file with user information, including name, email address, user groups, user roles, and card ID value. These users will be automatically invited to the tenant with the provided information – users can even use a card to access MFPs from Day 1. The same feature is available for updating user information as well. This simple document upload takes what could be a monumental undertaking and turns it into a process that takes just seconds.

Dispatcher Stratus and Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud also support Entra ID and other forms of third-party authentication. For enterprise customers already using Entra ID, users can log in using their same credentials. This also means that when an employee leaves, removing their Entra ID credentials also removes their tenant access as well, a major time saver for IT departments.

Mass Device Import and Authentication

By taking advantage of the direct connection with MarketPlace, Dispatcher Stratus and Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud users can upload device information and import it directly to their tenant.

Similar to user invites, tenant administrators can use a CSV upload to add Authentication to devices as well. This streamlines the process of adding Authentication to devices, initiating the process of adding security across potentially thousands of devices in a single click. As long as the devices are connected to the network, Authentication can be added – and devices secured - in just minutes.
