How Does It Work?

Dispatcher Release2Me Cloud has a number of purpose-built printing queues. Users can upload a document to it through their portal or print to it like a normal printer. Once a document is in a queue, the user can select at the MFP which of the documents in their queue they would like to print... and print it!

Release2Me print queues cover a wide range of use cases:

• Personal queue – Each registered user gets a private queue that only they can upload documents to and print documents from.
• Delegated queue – Documents can be delegated to other users for convenient printing.
• Shared queues – For common documents that multiple users need access to. Shared queues are commonly organized by project, department, etc.
• Guest queues – For temporary users who only need print access for a few days. Temporary guest queues and users are removed after a set time to maintain security.

The entire Release2Me Cloud solution is cloud-based and takes advantage of Microsoft's new driverless printing direction. Queue print settings can be set when the queue is created (like always printing duplex to save paper), or users can modify settings at the MFP, adding adaptability along with security.

Release2Me Cloud is also fully integrated with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud and Dispatcher Stratus, giving you a convenient interface from which to monitor and organize your digital document processing.
