Evaluating Pre-Sales Support Engagement

When a salesperson requests a member of our Engineering Services team be made available to support a pre-sales opportunity, they must submit documentation via a Dispatcher Stratus form as a formal request. This request is routed to the Engineering Services group and work is allocated to specific engineers within the group as they have availability.

Once an engineer is assigned, a job remains on their task list as it moves through the discovery process. During the discovery process, the engineer will be able to trigger automated status update emails to the salesperson to facilitate information sharing and meeting scheduling. Supporting information and other key information can also be stored in OneDrive for Business as a user-selectable choice. This process enables our engineers to focus on the discovery process with the customer while communication and automated actions are configured in Dispatcher Stratus.
