New Product/Feature Design Approval

To automate the process of having the Executive Management team review and approve the proposed user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for new development, a Stratus workflow was created. As an example, UI/UX Designers can submit their proposed designs, as well as any supporting information, through a custom Internal form. Each time a job is submitted, Dispatcher Stratus adds a unique number to the submission so it can be properly identified, tracked, and any required follow-up completed. In addition, using Dispatcher Stratus' collaboration capabilities, the product planning and development teams are provided with a copy of the designs at the same time as feedback and/or approval is requested from executive leadership.

This workflow provides a cyclical approval/rejection option in the event that changes are necessary. This means that feedback can be addressed, and the designs resubmitted so that progress is not lost. With this approach, the team can:
