Epic Connector

The Epic Connector directly connects Dispatcher Phoenix with Epic to provide hospitals and other healthcare organizations with streamlined workflow automation, including patient lookup at the MFP. Leverage your existing fleet of Konica Minolta MFPs to scan paper documents directly into patient records, so every patient can have the most complete medical histories. Designed to surpass the HL7 healthcare industry security standard, the Epic Connector means fewer errors and faster processing times, so patients can get the high-quality care they deserve.

The Epic Connector is available as an optional add-in module for Dispatcher Phoenix and as part of the Healthcare Vertical Market Bundle.

Upland InterFAX Connector

The Upland InterFAX Connector provides Dispatcher Phoenix customers with a direct tie-in with the Upland InterFAX digital fax service. Customers can use InterFAX to digitally fax any document. Combined with Dispatcher Phoenix’s powerful workflow automation and intelligent routing, your documents can be delivered to their intended fax recipients faster, allowing your customers more time to interact with customers.
