Corporate Announcements

The Corporate Announcements application provides an effective and much-needed way to convey important and timely information to employees with a visual impact that is sure to get noticed in offices and other corporate public spaces. With the Corporate Announcements application, safety information, company policies, corporate philosophies, and marketing messages could be viewed and accessed at one of the most frequently used items in the workplace - the MFP.

This application is a PC-based solution that provides administrators the ability to configure multiple ads and announcements directly to the MFP control panel for display. Furthermore, it allows administrators to manage ads on a single MFP or many MFPs across an enterprise -- all from a centralized location. They can create groups to distribute specific ads/announcements and designate which ads will be displayed on a specific MFP or group of MFPs. In addition, administrators can specify how long an ad will run (in seconds) for a particular cycle.

MFPs with the Corporate Announcements application installed will begin cycling through ads after a suitable period of inactivity and the screen saver is invoked -- all while still allowing users to print, scan, and fax from the MFP without interruption.

* The DEMO version is a full-featured install of the Corporate Announcements software. This software can register 5 MFPs and will time out after 30 days. (The full version will never time out.)
