Share information easily and strengthen your corporate culture with the Corporate Announcements application, a PC-based solution that allows administrators to configure multiple ads directly to the MFP control panel for display. With the Corporate Communications application, bizhub MFPs can always provide the most current information to employees.

Hospital settings could display HIPAA security messages or public health safety concerns. Educational institutions could use this application to communicate real-time school events and messages. And law firms could ensure that their logos and company messages are displayed on every MFP in their office. The Corporate Announcements application is ideal for use in both horizontal and vertical markets.

Features include:

Easy-to-use interface.
The Home page lets you view the current active ads and the devices on which they are installed. And it's easy to register and select new MFPs and define new ads to be displayed on them. To simplify the process even more, administrators can define groups to distribute specific ads to a particular MFP or group of MFPs. Stamping increments are customizable also. You can choose to stamp every page, every other page, only even or odd pages, or the first page only.

No interference with Print/Scan/Fax.
When the screensaver is invoked on an MFP that has the Corporate Announcements application installed on it, the control panel will cycle through a series of ads that display important and timely information -- all while still allowing users to print, scan, and fax without interruption.

Interactivity.
MFP users can interact with the ads that are displayed on the MFP control panel, including pausing and repeating them and tapping on a link for more information.
