- This easy-to-use desktop application for high-volume batch scanning supports any manufacturer's high-speed TWAIN desktop scanner. Providing pre and post-scan options, scan operators can reorganize scanned documents and manipulate pages (reorder/rotate/flip/rescan/insert) using drag & drop functionality - all within a user-friendly, intuitive interface.
Features include:
TWAIN Support - Dispatcher Phoenix Workstation is flexible, working with any manufacturer's TWAIN-based scanners and TWAIN-compatible MFPs; providing flatbed and document feeder support; and allowing you to drag and drop files from Windows Explorer into the Workstation, or import all images from a folder.
Document Separation - Dispatcher Phoenix Workstation automatically separates documents based on: a specific page count; detected blank pages, bar codes and patch codes.
Document Manipulation With Thumbnail Images - Scan operators can easily manipulate pages and documents: flip, rotate, reorder pages; rescan images; insert new images; merge/split documents and more.
Image Quality Assurance - Dispatcher Phoenix Workstation comes with quality assurance features to help you ensure your scan quality. You can zoom in for a full-sized document view using the mouse wheel and spy glass controls. And fixing a scanned image is easy. Pages within the batch can be automatically rotated and deskewed as they come into Dispatcher Phoenix Workstation.
