CAC/PIV AUTHENTICATION
Dispatcher Phoenix Government offers advanced security features ideal for government agencies, such as integration with the Federal government's smart card platform. With support for authentication via Common Access Cards (CAC), Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, and Active Directory, Dispatcher Phoenix Government meets the Two-Factor Homeland Security Presidential Directive, known as HSPD-12.

Dispatcher Phoenix Government comes with a variety of nodes:
Process nodes:
- Advanced OCR for zonal data extraction
- Barcode Processing (Standard)
- Copy Defender to prevent unauthorized copying
- Convert to Microsoft Office formats (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Convert to PDF formats (Searchable PDF, PDF/A, etc.)
- Convert to Postscript
- Highlight/Strikeout for text mark-up
- Redaction to permanently remove sensitive information

Along with CAC/PIV authentication, the Dispatcher Phoenix Government Package includes the following security features:
- Can be installed and used in a FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) 140-2 compliant environment.
- Copy Defender process to prevent illegal copying of sensitive documents.
With the Copy Defender process, you can add a security background pattern and/or warning text (e.g., Copy, Unauthorized, etc.) to the document, embed a copy restriction pattern, or require a password for all copied documents
- Windows and Active Directory authentication
- Automatic creation of password-protected PDFs
- Intelligent redaction
- Automatic watermarking for quick classification of files
