- Dispatcher Phoenix Workstation – An easy-to-use desktop application for high-volume batch scanning that supports any manufacturer’s high-speed TWAIN desktop scanner. Providing pre-scan options to automatically separate documents based on bar code, patch code, blank pages, or page count, scan operators can reorganize scanned documents and manipulate pages (reorder/rotate/flip/rescan/insert) using drag & drop functionality - all within a user-friendly, intuitive interface.
- Batch Indexing – Index operators can easily enter metadata about documents before they are exported to other systems. To speed indexing time, fields can be automatically populated with data from any ODBC compliant database or information captured from Forms Processing, zonal OCR, etc. Operators can index documents from their own workstation using a Web Browser with zero deployment efforts.
- Document Verification – Operators can use this web-based tool to check the quality of each batch, easily approve or reject documents, zoom in and out, page through documents using a variety of keyboard shortcuts, and more.
- Reports – Activity can be tracked for productivity and billing purposes. ECM Reports can be easily generated and downloaded into PDF or CSV file format.
- Batch Manager – A one-stop view of all active batches in the system. From a centralized location, batches can be unlocked, monitored, and immediately accessed.
