The Dispatcher Phoenix Worldox Connector is an optional add-in module that allows users to scan, index, and route their files into the Worldox® Document Management System (DMS) by World Software Corporation. Used most frequently in the Legal and Financial Services industries, Worldox is well-known for its easy-to-understand interface that allows users to instantly pinpoint and view the right file, streamlined indexing process, version control, and granular document security. With the Worldox Connector, users can log into Worldox, choose the appropriate Profile Group for their documents, enter indexing information through Profile Fields, and upload their files into Worldox - either directly at the MFP or through the use of an automated workflow for a 'hands-free' solution. And with Dispatcher Phoenix's advanced processing features, scanned image files can be converted to Microsoft Office or PDF formats, Bates stamped, OCRed for zonal extraction, redacted, renamed, and more -- all before being stored in Worldox. Supported Versions: This add-in requires Dispatcher Phoenix to be installed in 32-bit mode.
