The Dispatcher Phoenix OnBase Connector is an optional add-in module that allows users to scan, index, and route their files into Hyland® Software's OnBase®, an enterprise content management (ECM) software suite used to store, manage, share and archive high volumes of corporate information. Importing files into OnBase can be accomplished via automated workflows or directly from the MFP's display panel. Users can log into OnBase, associate Document Types with their documents for organization within OnBase, enter keywords for indexing, duplicate and/or auto-populate keyword fields if necessary, and import their files into OnBase -- all without ever leaving the MFP. And with Dispatcher Phoenix's advanced processing features, scanned image files can be converted to Microsoft Office or PDF formats, Bates stamped, OCRed for zonal extraction, redacted, renamed, and more -- all before being stored in OnBase. With Dispatcher Phoenix's integration into OnBase, organizations can leverage their MFPs to streamline redundant processes, increase business efficiencies, and save both time and money.
