The DP Mobile app makes it easy to submit photos, email attachments, and files from Google Drive and other cloud resources directly into your Dispatcher Phoenix workflow. You can use your mobile device to process electronic files - including converting them to PDF or Microsoft Office formats, renaming them, adding Bates stamps, redacting sensitive data, and much more. After processing, these files can be uploaded to a document management system, shared via email with colleagues, sent to a printer, etc. All of the advanced document indexing and intuitive folder browsing capabilities offered by Dispatcher Phoenix are now available on your mobile device. You can add index information for future document identification and retrieval, view your directory structure and/or favorite folders to choose a file destination, and even create a new folder to send files to. In addition, you can include geo-tagging information to validate exactly where a photo was taken. Taking advantage of the secure print release capabilities of Dispatcher Phoenix's Release2Me solution, you can now use your mobile device to release print jobs whenever you're ready. On your smartphone or tablet, you can view a list of jobs in your print queue, select from a list of print devices or add one "on the fly," and print out your document to the most appropriate device.
