The Convert to Microsoft Office process node uses a highly accurate OCR engine to convert scanned image files and PDFs to a variety of Microsoft Office formats, including:
- Microsoft Word (2007 and 2010, 2000 and XP, 97, or 2003)
- Microsoft Excel (2007 and 2010, 2003 and XP, or 97)
- Microsoft Powerpoint (2007 and 2010, or 97)
- XPS or XPS Searchable
- RTF (Word 2000, 2000 Exact Word, Word 97, or Word 6.0/95)
- WordPad
- WordPerfect (9, 10)
- Microsoft Infopath
- Microsoft Publisher 98
- Microsoft Reader
Other features include:
- Automatic removal of blank pages from the outputted file.
- Automatic rotation and enable spell check options during the conversion process for better results.
