To help you get started with this application, we have collected sample workflows that demonstrate the power and functionality of the Dispatcher family of products, including Dispatcher Phoenix, Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud, and Dispatcher Stratus. You can download them to use as templates for your workflows, or just to see what makes them tick while you're learning to create your own. You can choose to download the workflow only, their sample input files, or the workflow along with sample files.

We want to hear from you! If you have created your own workflows that you'd like to share with the Solutions Engineering Center community, please submit them to us via the Customer Feedback form in your application software and we will post them here.

Note: Dispatcher Phoenix workflows are unique to that product. Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud workflows are available to Dispatcher Stratus customers. Dispatcher Stratus workflows contain features not supported by Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud and therefore may not be compatible.

Custom Email Form

This form enables users to compose and send an email using the form within the workflow, with the option to convert the content to PDF format.

Destination Selection Form

Configure this form to include one or more options for storage destinations, such as Dropbox and SharePoint. When you add this form to a workflow, users need only to select the destination for the data in the workflow. The workflow will route the workflow based on the form.

Email Dropdown Form

Configure this form to include the email addresses of potential recipients of a workflow. When you run the workflow, you need only to select the recipients from a list. The workflow will pull the email addresses from the form.

Lead Generation

This form gathers contact information and collects data on the products drawing the most interest from customers. Add the form to a workflow that routes the data to the appropriate salesperson, then stores it for future reference.

Scan to Cloud Fax

Use the MFP to scan files into Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud. Display a form to the user to let them distribute the file to a fax recipient through Dispatcher Paragon Cloud Fax. This workflow requires Dispatcher Paragon. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.

Scan to Box

Use the MFP to scan files into Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud. Display a form to the user to let them upload the file to a specific Box folder. This workflow requires a Box account. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.

Scan to Dropbox

Quickly and easily send documents to a Dropbox folder with the new Scan to Dropbox workflow for Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud. Scan documents and select their Dropbox destination folder. This workflow requires a Dropbox account. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.

Scan to Email

This workflow will help you automatically distribute scanned files via email. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.

Scan to SharePoint Online

Employ preconfigured forms to assist in routing your scanned documents to your SharePoint Online storage location. This workflow requires a SharePoint Online account. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.

Scan to OneDrive

Quickly capture and route your documents to Microsoft OneDrive. This workflow requires a OneDrive account. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.

Scan to OneDrive for Business

With this workflow, documents can be captured and routed to OneDrive for Business automatically. This workflow requires a OneDrive for Business account. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.

Scan to WebDAV

Using this workflow, you can scan and upload documents from your MFP to your WebDAV connected folder structure. Only compatible with Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud.
