UPDATED Language Packs 
 - Updated language packs for Japanese, Simplified Chinese, German, and French are now 
   available to support new translations. Updates have been applied to the 
   Dispatcher Phoenix Client, Workflow Services, bEST Server, and more. 

*** Issues Fixed *** 

 - Addressed an authentication issue when updating Dispatcher Phoenix
   in hybrid or Entra ID environments.
 - Updated Dispatcher Phoenix authentication to better handle
   SSO using PIN authentication when used with Dispatcher Paragon.
 - Improved Batch Indexing and Batch Manager performance in high volume environments.
 - Addressed other minor anomalies.
