With this new connector, files can be automatically captured and processed before being imported to the correct repository in Laserfiche. The Laserfiche Connector is included with the Dispatcher Phoenix Government edition and also available as an optional module. - A new SFTP Out distribution node is now available to enable secure, efficient, and automated transmission of documents from a Dispatcher Phoenix workflow to a designated SFTP Server. Distribution to an SFTP Server can be set up as part of an automated workflow, or the MFP user can easily choose / create the correct SFTP folder directly at the MFP panel. The SFTP Out node comes standard with Dispatcher Phoenix Foundations. - A new FTP In collection node monitors and collects files from an FTP server. The FTP In node supports both FTP and FTPS protocols, active or passive connection models, and extensive filtering options to ensure that the appropriate files are being collected. The FTP In node comes standard with Dispatcher Phoenix Foundations. - A new License Usage Report has been added, dynamically displaying the number of licenses (Active Inputs, Workstation/Batch Indexing/Mobile User Licenses) that are currently in use and available. In addition, an Active Input License Counter now appears in the client application and Dispatcher Phoenix Web interface, allowing administrators to easily monitor the number of Active Input licenses being used. - 30-Day Demo Licenses are now available for all Dispatcher Phoenix add-in modules. These Demo Node Licenses are seamlessly integrated into the existing Workflow Builder tool, allowing for easy activation and installation.
