Working With Scanned Images
When pages have been scanned into a batch, they appear in the Workstation’s Preview Area as thumbnail images (by default), separated into various documents based on the settings that you specify when first setting up the batch (either within the Workstation input node in the Dispatcher Phoenix workflow or within the Create New Batch window within the Workstation).
Reordering Images / Documents
Using this area, you can do the following:
Double-click on a thumbnail image to view it full-sized.
Drag-drop a page(s) to position it within the document. To select multiple pages, use the Ctrl key.
Drag-drop a page(s) into another document to move it. To select multiple pages, use the Ctrl key.
Select a page(s) and right-click to access its context menu for splitting, rotating, flipping, cutting, copying, pasting, shifting, moving, or deleting the page. See the Preview Area for more information on these options.

Inserting Images
To insert misfed or forgotten documents without having to rescan the entire batch, do the following:
Select a page(s) in a document within the Image Display area.
Select the Insert button on the toolbar to begin the scan operation.
The selected file will replace the selected page(s).
Rescanning Images
To replace a page without having to rescan the entire batch, do the following:
Select a page(s) in a document within the Image Display area.
Select the Rescan button on the toolbar to begin the scan operation.
The selected image(s) will be inserted before the selected image in the Preview area.
